Thanks for stopping in. It means a lot to me. It really, really does.

I am Natalie I love cooking and eating in Austin, TX. I have always been obsessed with food and cooking.  I’ve started this blog to write and share about everything I find delicious.

This blogs serves as documentation of my culinary adventures. I am definitely still learning and always open to suggestions from all of you about recipes and restaurants! I don’t always use exact measurements and things don’t always turn out as planned when I cook, so I will fill you all in on my lessons learned along the way.

Great blog. I found Pinch Of Yum and now yours. Good on balancing. So then after you eat a little and work out, what do you do with all the food you made AND then you go make some more different things?!!

I am thinking of doing a blog. I am asking this to not looking to gain weight and what to do with all the food if there is going to be leftovers and takes awhile to eat it up!!!

Hi Annette, thanks for stopping by! As for leftovers, yes sometimes there are some, other times I have a few friends over to share the meal, and often times the recipes I make are small enough for just one or two servings. It’s all about the balance like you said!
