Christmas Cocktail- Milk Punch

This drink came to me via Caroline Lomax from The New York Times. Simple and delicious goodness, this drink is sure to help you get through the holidays with your family.

You’ll need:

1 quart whole milk
1 cup half and half
1 1/2 cups Bourbon (or whiskey or brandy)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Nutmeg to garnish

Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and place in freezer for 3-4 hours or until slushy. Store up to 24 hours.

Serve chilled and garnished with sprinkled nutmeg. This makes 10-12 servings.
