With all our busy travel and work schedules, BMW and I try to remember to take a few minutes each day (ok week) to slow down and just enjoy. Lately, anytime we get a cool blast of air, I’ll pick up some firewood and we will drag out some chairs and just sit around the fire pit in the evening. A little fresh air and good, crisp drink is just what we need at the end of a long day!

I’ve always enjoyed a good sip of bubbles, probably more than any other type of adult of beverage. The fizz and the flutes, I can always find something to celebrate! I love crisp, dry prosecco and the Voveti drinks really smoothly. It doesn’t need much dressing up like so many bubbly wines do. It also comes in a mini version and pours exactly enough for two glasses. Which makes happy hour at home a breeze. You can easily make it into a cocktail with a splash of cranberry juice, shot of vodka and come fresh rosemary and cranberries for garnish!

I love popping a bottle of bubbly because it always feels like a celebration! And why not celebrate on a Tuesday? Or a Monday? It makes it easy for entertaining because it takes the decision making process out of having to figure out the perfect cocktail. I also find that everyone, guys and ladies, love to toasting a glass after a long day or at the beginning of a party!

BMW especially liked the Voveti because it wasn’t too sweet. It is a brut style DOC and has a fresh and easy to drink profile. Mimi liked it because we sipped on it  while snuggling by the fire. What do you do to take a little time and celebrate the everyday?
